Booking information

All you need to know about your reservation

For a booking request, we need a contact number from the booking guest,the full name, age, postal address and the correct travel period.

PAYMENT
When closing the contract, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due within 7 days. The final payment has to be paid without request no later than 30 days prior to rental begin.

There is a security deposit for damage or exceptional occurrences, which were caused by the customer, included in the reservation. The fee is
120, – €. The deposit is paid back 7 days after your departure.

A final cleaning fee of 25 € will be charged. During the stay there is cleaning by the tenant. House service is possible on request.

Bed linens (weekly) and towels (every 4 days) are included for domestic use, other incidental expenses such as gas, water and electricity are included in the rent.

All payments must be made after agreement with either bank transfer or PayPal. The final payment must be received by us 14 days prior to rental begin. For short notice bookings, less than 14 days prior to rental begin, please pay the full price immediately.

A travel insurance as usual for German insurance conditions is not applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation costs:

Up to 15 days before the start of the rental period:
free of charge, 14 day before the start of the rental:
30% and from the 7th day before the start of the rental 100% of the total price

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The minimum stay in Villa Amarant and Suite Malimbica is 7 days.
The minimum stay in Studio Passerine is 3 days.

30% deposit is due 7 days after booking, the rest at least 14 days before arrival.

SPECIAL NOTES:

Due to the Size and Deepness of the Pool we request Guest who cannot swim to avoid entering the pool if there is not a qualified swimmer present.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please inform Villa Worldboy Garden in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
